For an evil look, it usually helps to go with dark, bold makeup. Go for a dark, smoky eye shadow look, and add plenty of black eyeliner. Even male characters who aren't wearing much other makeup can look a little more sinister with some black liner around the eyes.

What are female villains called?
A female villain is sometimes called a villainess. Random House Unabridged Dictionary defines villain as "a cruelly malicious person who is involved in or devoted to wickedness or crime; scoundrel; or a character in a play, novel, or the like, who constitutes an important evil agency in the plot".
Another way of looking at attraction toward evil characters is scientific. We are interested in "bad" because it is exciting and it instills fear. Elise Banfield, a Professor of Psychology, states that sometimes people confuse fear with attraction because they provoke the same rush of chemicals into our bodies.
Use contouring makeup to make your face look more angular. If you really want to look evil, contour your face so that it mimics the shape of a downward-pointing triangle. Studies have shown that people find this shape threatening, as it appears to mimic an angry face.
They found the common traits to be hair loss, dark circles under the eyes, deep wrinkles, multiple facial scars, warts, and a big, bulbous nose. Apparently, Hollywood has a tendency to depict skin disease as an evil condition, the authors say, which might unfairly target people outside of the cinema.
The evil eye is a “look” or “stare” that is believed to bring bad luck for the person at whom it is directed for reasons of envy or dislike. The perception of the nature of the phenomenon, its causes, and possible protective measures, varies between tribes and cultures.
"I think that a lot of the time, people will see the 'bad guy' as attractive because it's exciting and because it instills fear." In fact, fear plays a large role in nonsexual arousal. It causes a rush of chemicals that we typically associate with attraction — adrenaline, endorphins and dopamine.
To be truly evil, someone must have sought to do harm by planning to commit some morally wrong action with no prompting from others (whether this person successfully executes his or her plan is beside the point).
Heroes are supposed to be warm and caring. But villains have a choice to choose what things they want to be warm and caring towards. In some cases, the villains have more freedom because people don't have a lot of expectations from them. Another reason why people like villains is because villains are realistic.
Joker is also cured of his insanity in this story, which makes him a good man who actually becomes a council member in Gotham City. No longer a villain, Joker is now a person who wants to stop the corruption in the city -- think Harvey Dent before he became Two-Face in The Dark Knight.
Unlike super heroes, the villain is only hunted with the motivation of putting them in prison instead of actually killing them. The dangers are less severe. You don't have to juggle college, work and personal commitments with using your powers. Everything works around you.
